Our background
Ziva HR was founded on more than 15 years of senior in-house People & Culture experience — gained in global consumer goods and in construction and the built environment, working inside large, matrixed organisations alongside commercial, marketing, finance, technology and supply chain leadership teams. That means culture and change programmes, organisation design, workforce planning, talent and succession, leadership development, early careers, and the employee relations issues most business owners would rather never see again.
It's experience backed by an MSc in Occupational Psychology, CIPD training practice qualifications, SHRM certification and psychometric assessment accreditation — combined with senior commercial business experience.
